  • I added the blade of the rudder (skeg?) using traditional layup techniques and gelcoated it.
  • here you see the boat upside down on the mold.
  • Left excess on the shear line to screw blocks temporarily for aiding in steam bending the trim.
  • The interior of the boat needed a light sanding and gelcoating or painting.
 
  • Here the trim is being added to the shear line.
  • Towing eye is added to the bow.
  • Supports for the seat were glassed in.
  • Varnish follows
  • Oarlocks are added at the end.
